I began practicing yoga as a way to stretch after running and lifting, but it wasn’t long before I learned that yoga had so much more to offer than merely physical benefits. This holistic practice nourishes my body, mind, and spirit. I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor trained in vinyasa, meditation, and soundbath. I love finding new ways to challenge the body through asanas and connecting breath to movement. Sharing this passion with fellow yogis is an absolute joy, both as a teacher and lifelong student!
